Overall, I really enjoy the food when they get my order right. I've only been their a handful of times and at least twice they have left something off my order that I still paid for. The staff has consistently been nice and respectful! I will most definitely come back again, but I would just check my bag before I leave the drive through!

Almost every time I've gone here, they have screwed it up. Just went and they gave us rice and some weird looking sauce when we asked for mashed potatoes and gravy. They also gave us regular chicken strips instead of spicy, like we ordered. Overall we've had more bad experiences than good. Would not recommend.

It's Popeyes so my expectations are not that high. However they were out of damn near everything in there. I'm not sure if it was a ruff day or they were just under staffed that day but. It needs some attention. You might wanna get an air fryer if your thinking about going there. Saves yourself a headache

I'm not real happy about seeing an ad for the $4 Wicked chicken, packed with strips, then I order 3 boxes and get 4 little strips per box. Talk about shattered expectations!
Other than that, the service and food overall is fine. The people in the window were friendly, efficient and had the order correct.
If you plan to eat fast food, I guess you need to realize that what you see is rarely what you get.
I've had other good experience time at this location. The Grand Opening was spectacular. However, if this is how the portions are going to be for the price, I won't be here anytime soon. -

If you want to be talked down to like an animal from the employees, the longest wait for food in Enid, always out of integral food sides for meals, and the managers don't have an ounce of customer service to save their life - Go here!
